  • other individuals who visit the Website without accessing the sections dedicated to Entrepreneurs (hereinafter, the “Other Users“). (hereinafter, the Trainees and the Other Users collectively referred to as “Users“). The personal data processed are:
a. with exclusive reference to Entrepreneurs: a.1.) common data, such as:

  • Citizenship and any immigrant status as well as additional “ordinary” information related to such status (such as transit regions);
  • Data relating to education (qualification, language skills, etc.) and work experience;

  3. To assert and defend one’s rights, also through out-of-court initiatives and also through third parties, as well as to prevent crimes (such as fraud, identity theft, immigration-related crimes, computer crimes, etc.).
