Calabrese, stubborn, of few words, but in front of injustice I cannot stay silent. I left my homeland with sadness and the dream of a career in the marketing multinationals. The dream come true, at Leo Burnett and then at Saatchi&Saatchi. Passionate with the human soul, I help companies and startups develop innovative solutions by analysing micro-data disseminated by online and offline audiences. I believe in the power of emotions to overcome any cultural, linguistic or social barrier, to get straight to the heart and inspire meaningful actions.

Venetian talker, anatomist in the next life, film noir enthusiast. I have been involved in communication strategies for as long as I can remember, going through Leo Burnett, Conad, and Altro Mercato. I have always oscillated between maniacal attention to detail and a strong propensity for the big picture. I like “connecting the dots,” creating virtuous networks, bringing people, projects, and goals together. Dealing with sustainability has been a kind of destiny in which all my previous experiences have made sense.

Compulsive experimenter, a life between advertising and marketing, alternating between international groups such as Ferrero and Leo Burnett to circular economy entrepreneurial experiences, always trying to reconcile managerial efficiency with attention to social issues, not to mention a bit of private life. After his last experience as GM of Rondine-Cittadella della Pace I was thinking to devote myself to grandchildren and quiet business strategy consulting, but the idea of Refugee Restart was too right not to try to make it into reality.
